The Nitty Gritty Bit

  • After purchasing your subscription you will receive an email with your subscription codes and details on how to set up an automatic renewal, this can be cancelled at any time.
  • Subscription codes sent each month will allow you to reserve games online without paying the deposit. They will also be required to validate your subscription when picking up a game in store.
  • If you reserve your game online your hire will begin at pick up and last a maximum of 30 days.
  • We will hold your reserved game for 48 hours after which the reservation has timed out.
  • You may hire up to 3 games and 2 expansions a month.
  • You may take out multiple games at the same time though any more than 1 game and 1 expansion will require a refundable deposit of £20.
  • Damages or Losses may incur a penalty fee and/or early cancellation of your subscription.
  • If you do not plan to renew your subscription all games must be returned before the end of the month. Games not returned before your subscription ends will be considered late.
  • Late returns may incur a penalty fee.
  • Failure to pay penalties or return all hired games and expansions may result in further action. You will receive a notification email if you're game is late and a final notice email five days after that. If the game has not been returned (without sufficient reason and/or communication) five days after the final notice email your actions will be considered theft as defined in Sections 1-3 TA 1968.
