Descent

Heroes band together to defeat the Overlord and his minions (played by your most evil friend) in epic dungeon battles.

Descent: Journeys in the Dark is a "one vs. many" game in which players will choose heroes with a wide assortment of skills and abilities to explore dungeons in search of treasure and, more importantly, adventure! Meanwhile one player will take on the role of the Overlord and will control the dungeon's many traps, puzzles, and monsters.

The heroes' goal will be to cooperatively conquer the dungeon, seize its many treasures, and achieve other objectives as set by the scenario. If the heroes cooperate and achieve their goals, they will all win. The Overlord's objective is simply to use all the means at their disposal - from deadly traps to ferocious monsters - to kill the heroes. Each hero has a certain Conquest Point value to the party and if too many Conquest Points are lost through hero death, the party loses and the Overlord wins!

The Nitty Gritty Bit

• When reserving a game online please specify in the notes the hire period you would like, the total cost of your hire will be due on pick up.

• If you reserve your game online your hire will begin at pick up. 

• We will hold your chosen game for 48 hours after which the reservation has timed out and your deposit will no longer be refunded.

• There will be a £20 deposit (may vary for some games) that will be returned to you upon return of your game provided it is in the same condition it was at pick up.

• Damages or Losses my incur a penalty fee.

• Late returns may incur a penalty fee to be taken from your deposit.
